Terms of Service
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Tradegrow Pty Ltd (trading as AI Airtime) for use of Askly, including local-currency Balance top-ups, vouchers, approved messaging channels, and closed-loop AI services.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating or linking an account, recording consent, topping up, buying or redeeming a voucher, or using an AI or messaging service, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Definitions
"Balance" means the non-expiring, closed-loop amount recorded in your local currency and available only to pay for eligible AI services offered through Askly. "AI service" means an eligible chat, document, image, or related service offered through Askly. "completed service" means a request for which the platform received and saved a final billable result. "top-up" means a purchase that adds the Balance value disclosed before confirmation. A direct web or Android top-up adds the same disclosed local-currency payment value to Balance. An iPhone or iPad App Store top-up may include a separately disclosed iPhone purchase adjustment. "voucher" means a code carrying a disclosed local-currency value that can be redeemed to an eligible Balance.
Nature and permitted use of Balance
The Balance is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and is not intended for general-purpose payments. These terms do not determine any legal or regulatory classification that applicable law reserves for a regulator or court. New Balance funds do not expire. Balance may be used only for eligible AI services offered through Askly and is linked to the account and tenant for which it was issued.
Messaging channels, linking, and secure handoffs
Approved business-messaging channels may provide account, Balance, bundle, history, consent, and AI commands. Availability, supported languages, message formats, and delivery times depend on the channel and provider. Message delivery may be retried, and carrier or provider data charges may apply unless the provider separately confirms data-free access. Account linking and legal consent require an explicit confirmation. Secure PWA handoff links are short-lived, limited to the displayed purpose, tenant, market, and region, and may be used only by the intended conversation. Do not forward them. Sign-up is not performed silently through an account-link handoff. You may use the supported STOP or opt-out command to stop non-essential messages where available.
Top-ups, vouchers, and fees
A successful direct web or Android top-up adds the disclosed payment amount 1:1 to your Balance. In the iPhone or iPad app, a fixed consumable in-app purchase adds the Balance value disclosed before confirmation. The App Store total may be higher; Askly separately shows the difference as an iPhone purchase adjustment. That adjustment helps cover the cost of offering the purchase through the App Store and may reflect applicable local taxes, but it is not a statement of Apple's actual commission or tax allocation. Apple's purchase sheet shows the authoritative localized total before confirmation. Voucher purchases and redemptions add or issue the disclosed value. Failed, cancelled, reversed, unverified, or unconfirmed payments do not create available Balance. A browser return or messaging delivery receipt is not proof of payment; success is shown and confirmed in messaging only after the backend verifies settlement and application of value to the Balance.
Voucher purchases and refunds
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed voucher purchases are final and are not refundable for change of mind or solely because the purchaser supplied incorrect recipient details. Askly may verify and correct delivery details or reissue an unredeemed voucher where reasonably possible. Refunds, reversals, replacements, or reissues remain available where required by law or where Askly confirms a duplicate or unauthorised charge, an invalid voucher, failure to issue or deliver a valid voucher that Askly cannot remedy, or another failure by Askly. Once redeemed, a voucher cannot be cancelled, transferred back, or refunded as a voucher. This does not limit statutory refund, chargeback, service-remedy, or complaint rights.
Completed-service deductions
Askly checks available Balance before a paid request and deducts the final monetary charge only after the AI service completes. The app shows the amount used and remaining Balance after the response. A request that fails before completion must not retain a completed-service charge; detected billing errors are corrected or reversed through the ledger.
Refunds, reversals, remedies, and account closure
Refunds and reversals, including the voucher exceptions described above, are handled according to verified payment and service records, payment-provider rules, these terms, and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory refunds, chargeback rights, service remedies, or complaint rights. If an account is closed, suspended, or terminated, remaining Balance is handled according to the reason for closure and applicable law. Askly may preserve required ledger and dispute records and will not treat closure as removing non-excludable refund or remedy rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Askly to generate, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, or abusive material, including non-consensual deepfakes or impersonation, malware, credential theft, child sexual abuse material, hate or harassment, threats, fraud, privacy violations, cybercrime, credential stuffing, or automation that disrupts the service. We may restrict or suspend access while investigating suspected abuse and may preserve records or report suspected illegal conduct where required or appropriate. Balance treatment remains subject to verified records, applicable law, and any non-excludable remedies.
Third-party AI and response accuracy
Askly provides access to AI models and related services supplied by third-party providers. AI-generated responses and images may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances and are not professional advice. You are responsible for independently checking important information before using or relying on an AI output, especially for legal, medical, financial, academic, employment, security, or safety-related decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Askly is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an AI-generated answer without appropriate verification. This does not exclude any liability, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Provider availability and supported features may change.
Third-party providers and distribution
Payment, retail, banking, app-store, AI, and infrastructure partners provide defined services but do not control every part of Askly. Responsibility is allocated according to each provider's role, applicable agreements, and law. Service and Balance disputes should be directed to Askly so the relevant records can be investigated.
Service availability
Askly monitors service availability and does not deduct a completed-service charge when an AI request fails before completion. If an outage or billing error affects your Balance, we will investigate and apply any correction, reversal, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law and the verified service records. Planned maintenance, payment-provider downtime, user connectivity, device faults, unsupported browsers, and force majeure may affect availability.
Account security
Keep sign-in details secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may require renewed authentication or legal consent to protect the account and meet policy requirements.
